Olives hanging out in some lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, chili flakes and lemon zest. An easy appetizer that comes together quickly with mostly pantry ingredients!

You Need

2-4 servings
  • 2 cups Castelvetrano olives, torn in half
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (the good stuff)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • How To

    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar
    2. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving
    3. Serve with bread, crackers, or on a cheese plate
