A bright and easy dip made only four ingredients! Frozen peas are defrosted and blended with an herby yuzu aioli, the resulting dip is perfect for a veggie tray, toast, or even a sandwich.

You Need

  • 16 oz frozen mini peas, defrosted
  • 1/2 cup @havenskitchen herby yuzu aioli
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • How To

    1. Blend it all up in your food processor, I went for about 5 minutes to make it as smooth as possible.
    2. Plate and enjoy! Lasts 3-4 days in the fridge. It’s great as an appetizer, also on a sandwich but especially on focaccia.
