A bright and easy dip made only four ingredients! Frozen peas are defrosted and blended with an herby yuzu aioli, the resulting dip is perfect for a veggie tray, toast, or even a sandwich.

How To
- Blend it all up in your food processor, I went for about 5 minutes to make it as smooth as possible.
- Plate and enjoy! Lasts 3-4 days in the fridge. It’s great as an appetizer, also on a sandwich but especially on focaccia.
