How To
- To a medium pot add the polenta, miso, and water. Whisk until the miso is dissolved.
- Place over medium heat and stir every few minutes until it thickens, about 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter and soy sauce.
- Taste and finish with black pepper as needed.
