Calling all peanut butter and chocolate lovers, there blondies are for you! They also have browned butter, amplifying the warm nutty flavors of the peanut butter and standing nicely with the rich chocolate.
You Need
1 8x8 pan

How To
- Preheat oven to 325°F & line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment and grease lightly.
- Whisk eggs, brown sugar, browned butter, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into wet ingredients until just combined. Streaks of flour are OK!
- Fold in chopped chocolate.
- Spread batter in pan and bake for 35-40 mins until the edges are just set.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and cool before slicing.
