You Need

How To
- brown garlic cloves (crushed) with red pepper flakes in oil
- add tomatoes and crush (I use an immersion blender)
- add oregano, salt and pepper
- add (1cup) parmesan cheese
- add tomato paste to thicken
- let come to low boil and then simmer with top partly open for 60 minutes
- mix: 1 egg, 3-4 slices white bread (crusts removed; damp with water), parmesan cheese (1/2c), salt, pepper
- bake in oven at 350 for 15 min then cook in sauce
