the most delicious meatballs to ever exist

You Need

2-4 servings
1:20
  • garlic (4 cloves)
  • red pepper flakes
  • oregano (1tsp)
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • parmesan cheese (1.5c total; 1c for sauce & 0.5c for meatballs)
  • 2 x 28oz whole, peeled tomatoes
  • 8oz tomato paste
  • 1lb fresh pasta
  • 1 egg
  • 1lb beef (85/15)
  • 3-4 slices of white bread (crusts removed)
  • How To

      tomato sauce

      1. brown garlic cloves (crushed) with red pepper flakes in oil 
      2. add tomatoes and crush (I use an immersion blender)
      3. add oregano, salt and pepper
      4. add (1cup) parmesan cheese
      5. add tomato paste to thicken
      6. let come to low boil and then simmer with top partly open for 60 minutes

      meatballs

      1. mix: 1 egg, 3-4 slices white bread (crusts removed; damp with water), parmesan cheese (1/2c), salt, pepper
      2. bake in oven at 350 for 15 min then cook in sauce
