How To
- Brown sausage in butter, celery, onions, S&P until vegetables tender. Add additional sage seasoning. Wet stale bread with broth and add sausage mixture. Once cooled, add 6-8 eggs and mix well. In cast iron frying pan, melt butter. Add scoops of stuffing, spread over pan (like omelette), let bubble and brown, then flip and cook other side, remove and place in bowl - repeat until all stuffing is sautéed in butter, cover with foil…and warm in oven 30-40 minutes before dinner
