An N/A version of the How To Travel, a cocktail created for The Counting Room in 2011 made with Applejack and IPA. This version uses Seedlip's Spice 94 and Athletic Brewing's Run Wild IPA. Proceeds from collecting this recipe will be donated to City Harvest.
You Need

Salted Honey Syrup
- 200g Honey
- 100g cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Maldon Sea Salt
Cinnamon-Infused Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Cinnamon Stick, broken in half
- 2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
How To
- Add everything except IPA to tin filled with ice
- Shake, strain into Collins glass filled with ice
- Top with ~3.0 oz of N/A IPA
- No garnish
- Blend honey, water and salt on low until incorporated. Don't use too fast of a setting or the syrup will foam up.
- Steep cinnamon sticks in apple cider vinegar for 24-48 hours and strain.
