- In a large microwave safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in microwave until smooth and melted. 30 second intervals, stirring every interval.
- Gently stir in chow mein noodles into the mixture.
- Drop dough by forkfuls onto a wax paper covered baking sheet.
- Let cool and set before serving.
