Sweet Potato Casserole

Just something simple and delicious that I've made for Thanksgiving!
You Need

Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 stick butter
- marshmallows (big or small)
How To
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into small cubes
- Boil cubed sweet potato until soft, then drain the water
- Mash the sweet potatoes and mix in all other ingredients (but not the topping!), then put in a casserole dish
- Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees F
- Bake the casserole dish in the pre-heated oven for 15 minutes
- While the casserole dish is baking, mix well the sugar and butter for the topping
- Remove casserole dish from oven and add topping. Place marshmallows on top. Note: don't overstuff marshmallows in there or it might become messy
- Reduce oven to 325 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
- Enjoy!
