If you like Oreos, you will love these! Great make-ahead treat for a gift or party.
My 3 favorite things about this recipe:
White chocolate contrast with the black cocoa (Oreo) taste
Appealing
Long refrigerator life (if they last that long)

How To
- Place cookies in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. OR place in a large, sealed ziplok baggie and beat with the back of a spoon or meat mallet until crumbled fine.
- Transfer all but 2 Tbsp of the crumbs to a large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and mix until blended.
- Scoop into 1 Tbsp sized balls and roll in palms until smooth.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Place the white chocolate in a bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring at each interval, until smooth and melted.
- Coat the Oreo balls in the melted white chocolate by placing them on a fork and dunking into the chocolate or by placing a toothpick into the balls and dunking that way.
- Place coated Oreo ball on parchment paper covered cookie sheet and immediatley sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
