You Need

1 serving
  • 10 oz milk (whatever kind you want)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp black sesame paste
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tsp sugar (this smoothie is barely sweet so up it to 1+ tbsp if you're normal)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • How To

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Add the milk first so you can use the measurements on blender to measure it and when you're done, fill the blender with hot water and soap to blend to clean it. As you can tell, I love efficiency.
