A refreshing cocktail that can be made ahead and stored in the fridge. Perfect for cocktail hour or a quiet moment at sunset. Features gin, elderflower liqueur, and a variety of garnish options for customization. Here is the recipe for 1 serving but when making this for cocktails with friends I make 10x this amount and fill a jug with everything apart from the soda/sparkling water and keep it in the fridge ready to pour over ice and top with soda and garnish

You Need

1 serving
  • 25ml Gin
  • 25ml St Germain
  • 25ml fresh lemon and lime juice
  • 25ml elderflower cordial
  • Soda or sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Garnish Options

    • Lime wedges or slices (dried, dehydrated or fresh)
    • Fresh or frozen blackberries
    • Rosemary stalks
    • Mint leaves
    • Basil leaves
    • Elderflower leaves
    • Edible flowers
    • Cucumber slices
  • How To

    1. Combine the Gin, St Germain, and lemon & lime juice in a tall glass or wide tumbler over a good amount of ice. Stir together, top up with soda and garnish with your choice of options.
    2. For a larger batch, multiply by 10. Combine the Gin, St Germain and sour in a jug or bottle and keep in the fridge until ready to use. Top up with soda before serving. Do not add ice or soda until ready to serve.
