A simple and delicious pumpkin bread using whole food ingredients (*always choose organic ingredients when possible*)

How To
- Preheat oven to 350°F, lightly grease 8x4" baking pan with avocado oil or butter
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground clove, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- In another large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, almond milk, coconut sugar, oil, vegan eggs (or eggs) and vanilla
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet, stir just until combined
- Gently pour batter into the lightly greased pan and bake for 40-50 mins (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
- Enjoy!!
