How To
- Pre-heat oven to 325°F. Line a 9" cake pan with parchment paper on the bottom.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter an sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs to the bowl one at a time, mixing well between each egg.
- In a separate small bowl, mash the bananas. Mix in the vanilla, milk, and cinnamon. Add the contents of this bowl to the egg mixture and stir well.
- In a small bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet bowl, being cautious to not over-mix.
- Separate the mix in half. Add the tahini to one half and the chocolate spread and cocoa powder to the other.
- Add the two mixes into the prepared cake pan, alternating between the two. I like to use a 1/4 cup to scoop the batter and place into the pan. Using a knife or spoon, give the cake a nice swirl on top.
- Bake cake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
