Sweet roasted onions can be used in salads, eggs, sandwiches or eaten on their own as a perfect side dish.
You Need
How To
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Quarter your onions keeping the core intact and place in a medium sized sheet pan or shallow oven-safe frying pan or gratin dish.
- Mix together with the seasoning, using your hands to make sure that the onions are completely covered in the oil and vinegar.
- Bake for 40 mins until caramelised. If they brown too quickly, cover them for the last few minutes of cooking.
