Based on the classic Boothby Cocktail (a Manhattan topped with sparkling wine), this version applies the same treatment to my favorite martini approach, the Fifty-Fifty. Light and punchy, this was originally created for The Counting Room in 2011. Proceeds from collecting this recipe will be donated to City Harvest.

- Add Gin, Dry Vermouth and bitters to mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir, and strain into a coupe
- Top with Prosecco, and garnish with a lemon twist
