You Need

  • High protein Berry Smoothie

    • 1/2 frozen banana
    • 1 good handful frozen blueberries
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1/2 tbsp almond butter (or tahini or nut butter of choice)
    • a couple of ice cubes
    • 12 oz plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 scoop whey protein powder (any flavor)
    • 1 half avocado
    • 5 dried apricots
  • How To

    1. Combine yogurt and banana first in your choice of blender. Blend until smooth
    2. Combine remainder of ingredients. Blend until smooth.
