Delicious smoothie, high in protein and flavor
You Need
High protein Berry Smoothie
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 good handful frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter (or tahini or nut butter of choice)
- a couple of ice cubes
- 12 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (any flavor)
- 1 half avocado
- 5 dried apricots
How To
- Combine yogurt and banana first in your choice of blender. Blend until smooth
- Combine remainder of ingredients. Blend until smooth.
