You Need

  • 2-3 Vidalia Onions
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 links of Spanish Chorizo
  • Olive Oil
  • 3/4 Cup of Cream Sherry
  • A Baguette
  • How To

    1. Thinly slice onions. Slice the Chorizo on a slant. Coat the bottom of a saute pan with Olive Oil and heat up till hot. Put in the onions and cook till caramelized and slightly brown. Add garlic. Layer the Chorizo on top of the onions and let simmer for 5 minutes. Then mix the onions and Chorizo in the pan for another few minutes. Pour the Cream Sherry over onions and Chorizo and simmer until the alcohol cooks off and everything is caramelized. Slice up a nice baguette and ENJOY!!
