My grandma made clam dip as a Thanksgiving appetizer for as long as I can remember. This year, I made it for the first time for Friendsgiving. It’s perfect alongside a glass of champagne and potato chips.
You Need
How To
- Drain clams, reserving liquid
- Add 3 tablespoons of liquid to cream cheese
- Beat until smooth
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Cover and chill for at least two hours
- Serve with thick potato chips or crudités
